My painting meditation practice is to paint no more than 5-10 minutes a day. Each day I add a little bit, or a whole layer. I end up with easily 30 layers of paint. This is how I get myself centered and focus on what really matters to me. Here are all the supplies for YOU to start your own painting meditation practice.
