In this four part series, we will explore quieting our minds and connecting to a deeper place inside ourselves through creativity. In the same way that meditation, yoga and mindfulness are practices, sinking into creating something can have that same calming, easing, connecting effect.
NO ARTISTIC ABILITIES ARE REQUIRED! This isn't about producing artwork. It's about what happens during the process of creating. Each month we will experience a different artform as we support each other in our own personal creative practices.
